By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, participating in any promotion or otherwise using any feature of the 77pk Service, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

You must be of sound mind and acting entirely of your own free will. You must not be under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when placing wagers or making financial transactions.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances where multiple accounts are detected.
Users who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms — whether through 77pk's own self-exclusion mechanism or through an external responsible gambling program — are not eligible to register or access the Platform during the self-exclusion period.
To access the full features of 77pk, Users must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information the Operator reasonably requires.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate and truthful. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any winnings or balances associated with an account found to have been registered with fraudulent information will be forfeit.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. You must notify 77pk immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
The Operator reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, during a security review or as required by compliance obligations. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or driving license. Proof of address and payment method verification may also be required. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
The Platform is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree to use 77pk only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

In the event of a system malfunction, software error or network failure, any bets placed or transactions processed during the period of malfunction may be declared void at the Operator's discretion. 77pk will endeavor to communicate any such decisions promptly.
Users may fund their 77pk account using methods available in the platform cashier at the time of deposit. Familiar payment references for Pakistani users include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). The listing of these references does not imply endorsement by those providers.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Currency amounts on the Platform may be referenced in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or other currencies depending on the operator's current configuration.

77pk employs fraud detection and AML monitoring on all transactions. The Operator reserves the right to delay, withhold or reverse any transaction that triggers a compliance or fraud alert, pending investigation. Users may be required to provide additional documentation during such reviews.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered on 77pk are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the promotion is made available. Where these specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.

All bets are subject to acceptance by the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on incorrect odds due to a pricing error. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet ID or confirmation is issued by the Platform.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. 77pk presents odds in decimal format and may additionally display fractional formats. Odds are provided by third-party sports data partners and their accuracy is not guaranteed.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation, walkover, abandonment without a result, pricing errors, market suspension, system errors or where the result cannot be determined by applicable sporting rules. Void bets are refunded at the original stake amount.
Casino games on the Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games and instant games — operate according to certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Published RTP figures are theoretical averages and individual session results will vary. Past results do not predict future outcomes.
Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at any time during an event. The Operator is not liable for connectivity issues, data feed delays or other technical problems that affect live betting. Bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined (even if not yet displayed on the Platform) may be voided.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, resale, modification or creation of derivative works from any Platform content; use of data mining, robots or similar data extraction tools; or removal of any proprietary notices or labels.
Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in account termination and may expose the User to civil or criminal liability.
77pk does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or uninterrupted at all times. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, modify or discontinue the Platform at any time without prior notice.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77pk disclaims all warranties including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 77pk's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of the User's total deposits in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 77pk be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
Users access and use the Platform at their own risk. 77pk is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by Users. Gambling inherently involves financial risk and the Operator makes no representation regarding Users' prospects of winning.
77pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, criminal or abusive conduct; chargebacks or disputed payment claims; failure to complete KYC; accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction; or any activity that the Operator reasonably believes constitutes a risk to the Platform's integrity or other Users.
Users may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Any active bonuses at the time of closure will be voided.
Upon account termination, the User's licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute resolution) shall continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and incorporated, as applicable. Nothing in this clause limits the right of Users to rely on mandatory consumer protection provisions of their local jurisdiction where those provisions cannot be lawfully excluded.
In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact 77pk customer support to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to a dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements in the Operator's license jurisdiction.
77pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where the Operator determines that amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Users who do not accept amended Terms should cease using the Platform and may close their account as described in Section 12.2.
It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 77pk is not obligated to notify each User individually of every amendment.
